Job Descriptions
| Position | Job Description |

| Steel Fixer | Responsible for assembling and fixing steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete structures. Must have experience in reading and interpreting blueprints. |
| Shuttering Carpenter | Specializes in creating temporary structures to hold setting concrete in place. Must be proficient in using hand and power tools, and in interpreting construction plans. |
| Finishing Carpenter | Focuses on detail-oriented woodwork, including installing trim, molding, and fixtures. Requires precision and experience with various carpentry techniques. |
