These vacancies are currently in existence, and the ranked list published through this notification will remain valid until all positions are filled. The Kerala Public Service Commission reserves the right to cancel any advice for appointment if a mistake is found within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining.
Eligibility Criteria
Method of Appointment
This recruitment is open to direct recruitment from among part-time employees of KSFE Limited. Candidates must be from one of the aforementioned communities and have at least three years of service in any of the following roles:
- Part-Time Sweeper cum Scavenger
- Packer
- Despatcher
- Gardener
Note: Applications from candidates outside the specified communities will be summarily rejected without further notification.
Age Limit
Eligible candidates must be aged between 18 and 50 years (born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.2006, inclusive). No further age relaxation applies.
Educational Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- Passed Standard VI (New) or equivalent.
- Completed at least three years of service in KSFE Limited as of the application date.
In addition to these requirements, any qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of the government as equivalent or higher will also be accepted. Candidates must provide proof of these qualifications when required by the Commission.
Service Certificate Format
Applicants must submit a service certificate in the prescribed format, signed by the head of their office. This certificate should verify their current employment, the length of service, and their eligibility for this recruitment.
Probation Period
Successful candidates will be on probation for one year from the date of joining. During this period, their performance will be closely monitored, and their appointment will be confirmed based on satisfactory completion of probation.
