Position: Assistant Contracts Manager (MEP)

Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years in contracts administration, subcontract management, variation and claims analysis, including extension of time and dispute resolution.
- Project Experience: Proficiency in handling large integrated MEP projects such as airports, hotels, hospitals, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Contracts and Commercial Knowledge: Expertise in contracts and commercial terms is essential. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Pre-Award and Contract Administration: The candidate should have a proven track record of participating in pre-award activities and contract administration processes.
- Variation and Claims Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing variations and claims, with experience in time extensions and dispute resolution.
