Customer Relations Manager / Insurance Advisor (Medical Insurance)

About the Role
Are you a dynamic and experienced professional in the medical insurance sector? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Manager / Insurance Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, helping clients navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle incoming leads and convert them into policies by understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Client Understanding: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific needs of each client.
- Timely Quotations: Collaborate with underwriters to prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes promptly.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, salespersons, and underwriters to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to discuss their insurance requirements and offer expert advice.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in medical insurance is mandatory.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi insurance market is essential.
- Education: Graduates with additional qualifications in insurance are preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong rapport-building abilities with clients and team members.

- Salary: AED 5,500.00 – AED 6,000.00 per month
