Job Title: Group HR Manager – Hospitality Experience (UAE)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR department for a hospitality group with a headcount of over 500 employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles within the UAE.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
