About the Role
As a Group Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of a diverse group of companies within the service sectors. This includes delivery services, partnerships, financial investments, and business setup services. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, providing accurate forecasting and financial planning to support strategic decisions.
- Auditing: Collaborate with Big 4 Auditing firms to ensure thorough and precise auditing processes.
- Financial Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and expansion.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience working with Big 4 Auditing firms.
- Expertise: Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Sector Experience: Experience managing financial operations for service sector companies, including delivery services, partnerships, financial investments, and business setups.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
