- Tech Savvy: Experience with human resource information systems (HRIS).
- Social Media: Proven experience with social media platforms and strategy.
- Passion for People: A genuine passion for promoting employee well-being and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Engagement and Wellness: Experience in employee engagement, wellness program coordination, or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and levels of staff.
- Empathy: An empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Creativity: A creative mindset to develop engaging activities and initiatives.
- Best Practices: Understanding of employee welfare and well-being best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage Employees: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate Wellness Programs: Plan and coordinate wellness programs that promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Support and Advise: Provide support and advice to staff on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate: Work closely with different departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive workplace culture.
- HR Systems: Manage and utilize HRIS to streamline HR processes and data management.
- Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our employer brand and engagement.
