  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and levels of staff.
  • Empathy: An empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset to develop engaging activities and initiatives.
  • Best Practices: Understanding of employee welfare and well-being best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage Employees: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Support and Advise: Provide support and advice to staff on HR-related matters.

  • HR Systems: Manage and utilize HRIS to streamline HR processes and data management.
