Housekeeping Staff
- Qualifications:
- SSLC/equivalent
- Craft Certificate Course in Hotel Accommodation Operations from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute, or
- One-year Diploma/PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operations from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India
- 6 months of work experience in housekeeping in 2-star classified hotels or higher
Cook
- Qualifications:
- SSLC/equivalent
- Craft Certificate Course in Food Production from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute, or
- One-year Diploma in Cookery/Food Production from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India
- 2 years of work experience as a Cook/Assistant Cook in 2-star classified hotels or higher
Receptionist
- Qualifications:
- Pre-degree/Plus Two pass
- Craft Certificate Course in Front Office Operations from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute
- 2 years of work experience as a Front Office Assistant/Receptionist in 2-star classified hotels or higher
Kitchen Mate
- Qualifications:
- SSLC/equivalent
- One-year Craft Certificate in Food Production from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute
- 1 year of work experience as a Cook/Assistant Cook in 2-star classified hotels or higher
