Qualification

  1. Management Trainee (Chemical)
    • Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Chemical Process Technology with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved institutions. OR AMIE in Chemical Engineering from a Government recognized institute.
  2. Management Trainee (Mechanical)
    • Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved Institution. OR AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from a Government recognized institute.
  3. Management Trainee (Electrical)
    • Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved Institution. OR AMIE in Electrical Engineering from a Government recognized institute.
  4. Management Trainee (Instrumentation)
    • Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics Instrumentation & Control/Instrumentation & Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Industrial Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Control/Electronics/Electronics & Electrical with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved Institution. OR AMIE in Electronics & Communication from a Government recognized institute.
  5. Management Trainee (Chemical Lab)
    • Full Time Regular M.Sc. in Chemistry/Inorganic Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Physical Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates). Any other branch of Chemistry e.g., Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Toxicology, Geochemistry, Pharmacology, Food Technology etc. will not be considered towards eligibility.
  6. Management Trainee (Civil)
    • Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved Institution. OR AMIE in Civil Engineering from a Government recognised institute.
  7. Management Trainee (Fire & Safety)
    • Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Fire & Safety/Fire Technology and Safety from AICTE/UGC approved Institution with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) OR Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Fire from AICTE/UGC approved institutions with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) along with Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized Institute/University.
  8. Management Trainee (Information Technology)
    • Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology OR full time regular MCA from a recognized institute with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).
  9. Management Trainee (Materials)
    • Full Time Regular Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Mechanical/Material Science/Material Science & Technology/Material Science & Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved institutions. OR Minimum 60% Marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in 02 years full time regular MBA/PG Degree/PGDM/PGDBM from Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management.
  10. Management Trainee (HR)
  • Minimum 60% Marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in 02 years’ full time regular MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma (PGDM/PGDBM)/integrated MBA, from Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Human Resource/Personnel Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/Human Resource Development & Management/Labour Laws & Personnel Management. For Candidates possessing full time regular MBA/PG Degree/Diploma (PGDM/PGDBM)/Integrated MBA with dual specializations, the qualification should be with major specialization in the aforementioned areas of HR. Candidates will have to provide a certificate from the Institute/University indicating major specialization in the above-mentioned areas of HR.
