Qualification
- Holds Bachelor of Nursing.
- Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Must hold any of the following English language certifications:
- IELTS (academic module) with a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each component.
- OET with a minimum score of B in each component.
- PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each communicative skill.
- TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 94 and minimum scores in each section: 24 (listening), 24 (reading), 27 (writing), and 23 (speaking).
- Experience: Post-registration experience in Aged Care is essential.
- Skills: Sound communication and high-level interpersonal skills, well-developed time management skills.

Contract Duration for RNs

- RNs without AHPRA: Initially sponsored under a 407 visa for a 12-month period and move to a 482/494 visa once AHPRA is obtained.
